Your coach, Conrad Sherby
A lifelong explorer, Conrad has spent much of his life hunting for knowledge. His 20 year career in education has spanned a myriad of settings and he’s as much at home in a classroom as the side of a mountain or gym.
Earning his BS in Exercise Biology at UC Davis, he has focused his continuing education on studying the mind-body connection through: Gold Medal Bodies, Z-Health, FRC, Precision Nutrition, and Center for Mind-Body Medicine and his hope that he can empower his clients with the tools to feel at home in their body. No matter the modality, training is a constant process of growth and his style reflects that with a more compassionate, playful approach. He finds joy in his meditation practice as well as outdoor sport and all things sci-fi and fantasy.
